CGC OLD Label that is in great shape w/ no major scratches or chips. Signed by Stan Lee on 2/28/1993 w/ COA (This book is pre-signature series existence at CGC). My conservative opinion if this book was removed from the CGC holder, cleaned and pressed would be 7.0-7.5 in todays CGC world.
