This listing is for Amazing Spider-Man #361 , published by Marvel in 1992. This is of course a mega-key comic that includes the 1st full appearance of Carnage. It is therefore a desirable book to have signed by Stan Lee, but not many signed copies exist. This comic was rated 9.4 (Near Mint) by CGC with "White Pages". It was signed by both Stan Lee and Mark Bagley in the presence of CGC, such that there is no doubt about authenticity. Further adding to its desirability, it is a Newsstand Edition (with bar-code on the bottom left of the front cover). Please be aware that if you crack a comic out of its case for re-submission to a grading service, you are taking the risk in doing so, and we cannot be liable if you do not like how it is regraded.
