This listing is for True Believers: Amazing Fantasy #1, published by Marvel Comics in 2017. This of course reprints the iconic Amazing Fantasy #15 (1st appearance of Spider-Man) from 1962.

It is a desirable comic to have signed by Stan Lee, since higher grade signed copies of the original from 1962 would cost as much as a house. According to the CGC census, there are only 496 artist signed (CGC SS) copies of the True believers reprint, with only a portion of those signed by Stan Lee. This comic is rated 9.6 (Near Mint+) by CGC and has "White Pages". It was signed by Stan Lee in the presence of CGC, so that there is no doubt about authenticity. Its holder is in good condition; it shows some Newton Rings (very common in new CGC slabs and do not affect the comic itself).
